2. Information We Collect

  • Account Credentials: An email address and encrypted password hash used solely for balance management and authentication.
  • Transaction Records: Billing metadata (deposit amount, timestamp, payment gateway identifier). We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial keys on our servers.
  • Activation Logs:Temporary timestamps and target service identifiers (e.g., “WhatsApp activation requested”) kept for 24 hours to handle automated refund claims.

3. SMS Content Retention

Incoming SMS verification codes (OTPs) are streamed in real time to your active browser session via encrypted WebSockets. Once the 15-minute activation window expires, message bodies are permanently purged from active memory. We do not maintain historical logs or databases of your received SMS codes.
