1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shadow SMS website, API, or widget (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Shadow SMS provides temporary virtual telecom lines intended exclusively for One-Time Password (OTP) reception and account authorization testing. Numbers provided are temporary and expire after the designated activation window (typically 15 to 20 minutes).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful privacy preservation, account compartmentalization, and authorized software testing. You strictly agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Financial fraud, banking phishing, or credit card theft schemes.
• Harassment, threats, spamming, or automated robocalling.
• Circumventing criminal sanctions or violating telecommunication regulatory statutes.
• Any activity that infringes upon the legal rights of third parties.

4. Automated Refund & Billing Policy

Shadow SMS provides a fair zero-loss guarantee: If an allocated virtual number fails to receive a verification code within the specified timer, 100% of the deduction is automatically and immediately refunded to your account credit balance. Unused balance deposits are eligible for manual refund upon request within 30 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including third-party platform account restrictions.
